I am a fourth generation real estate agent in Loveland Colorado. My family has been proudly serving Loveland and Northern Colorado since 1922. My great grandfather started Warnock Realty and Auctions. I am honored to continue providing unparalleled service and care to each client just as my family has been for 92 years. I have my Certified Military Residential Specialist (CMRS) designation which allows me to best serve those who serve our country. I am proud of this designation because of its importance in helping our heroic service men and women obtain the dream of home ownership. I attended Colorado State University and obtained my bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies as well as my Early Childhood Education licensure. For the eight years prior to joining the RE/MAX Alliance team I was an elementary school teacher in the Thompson School District. The past six years were spent at New Vision Charter School where I taught 3rd grade and developed as a professional. I grew up in Loveland and currently reside here with my husband, son, and yellow lab. Northern Colorado is an area that I have a deep passion and regard for, raising my family here among the treasures of the outdoors is of paramount importance to me. Enjoying the outdoors, whether by perennial gardening, camping, four-wheeling, hunting, playing soccer, reading, or simply taking in its wonders are some of my favorite pleasures of living here. My desire is to provide outstanding service to each of you by first and foremost, listening and carefully tailoring my expertise to fit each individual and family.
