Andy has called Colorado home for the past 5 years. He was born in Boston and has lived in New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Shanghai, China, before moving here in 2012. He is a University of Massachusetts, Amherst graduate with a degree in Finance and Accounting. Prior to embarking on a career in real estate, Andy was an executive for The Sherwin Williams Company heading up the Asia Pacific region based in Shanghai, China. Andy’s extensive sales, marketing, management and negotiating expertise has proved very useful in his real estate business.
Andy’s passion for real estate emerged when he and his wife, Deirdre, starting looking for a house in Denver. He explored each of the neighborhoods in the city in order to understand what each neighborhood had to offer based upon the criteria that was important to them. After looking at over 100 homes throughout the city, they found a newly built duplex in the Berkeley neighborhood that met all their needs. Vibrant Tennyson St in the Berkeley neighborhood, appealed to Andy and after 2+ years continues to surpass his expectations. Based upon personal experiences, he brings this type of passion to the needs and desires of all his clients. He realizes that making a sound real estate decision based upon facts and his client’s criteria is essential in the highly competitive Denver market.
Since mid 2015, Andy has spent considerable time learning the Denver real estate market, understanding emerging trends and working tirelessly for both his buyers and sellers. He enjoys working with all buyers and sellers and strives to provide the most professional and personal service to all his clients.
When not working, you will find Andy skiing, hiking, or biking with his wife, Deirdre, or else on a trip to Hawaii or Ireland – 2 of their favorite places.
