Professional Experience
Blake Craig is an Associate with CBRE’s Northern Colorado office. He specializes in the sale of multifamily investment properties throughout the Rocky Mountain region. Blake’s expertise includes underwriting, valuing and identifying buyer pool for institutional assets.

Prior to joining CBRE, Blake spent almost two years with Sperry Van Ness, The Group Commercial, LLC. Prior to brokerage, Blake owned and operated Colorado Student Movers, a successful moving company, assisting clients with both residential and commercial moves across Northern Colorado and Southern Wyoming.​
