I believe that buying a home is one of the most significant and personal steps one takes in their lifetime.

It is an action that has many feelings wrapped in it and the results will be a part of your life every day. The joy and excitement of finding a new “perfect” home and the emotional rush of memories when you leave an old home for a new one are all part of our human experience. Where we live matters.

In today’s world, finding that “perfect” home and moving from the home you have built memories in is more complicated than one would think. Home ownership is a key principle of our nation. The notion of it goes to the roots of how we define personal freedom. As such, we have created a body of law and regulation which ensures and protects this principle. Though at times daunting and possibly frustrating, this is actually a benefit.

This is where I come in. My mission in my life has been to help other people. In looking back at 34 years of public service in the military and state government I have learned that my desire in this is to help people live free and happy lives. In all my years of experience, it’s clear that a home is what gives stability and security to people. So for this next step in my life, that’s what I am going to do – help people find their “perfect” home.
