Cathy started in residential real estate in 1995 with ERA, where she earned the coveted Rookie of the Year award. She later moved to Metro Brokers and ultimately opened her own boutique brokerage. After many years of working solo, Cathy decided her clients would be better served with the resources and technology that RE/MAX Alliance offers so she recently made that move and is looking forward to many years of success there!

While Cathy loves all aspects of residential real estate, working with first-time homebuyers is her first love. Her passion is helping people (new to real estate or not) navigate through the process educating as she goes. This puts her clients in the best position to make solid, informed decisions that fit their situation. She is an excellent negotiator who will be your greatest advocate during all negotiations.

Cathy’s business is relationship based, not transactional. This means she spends her time deepening relationships and taking great care of her clients who in turn send her referrals. Most of her clients come from someone who already trusts her so she has no need to spend her valuable time out prospecting for new clients. Instead, she fully focuses on her clients and their needs throughout the process of buying or selling a home.

Cathy has loved living and working in the Denver area for over 23 years, but has always had a special place in her heart for northern Colorado. She is thrilled to now reside there near her two boys who work and go to college nearby. She loves hiking, painting, motorcycling, and hanging out with her boys and two dogs.
