I have spent over 20 years living in Northern Colorado area. My areas of expertise include Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, Timnath, Greeley, Evans, Johnstown, and Milliken. During my time here, I have witnessed the transformation of a small college town in a thriving epicenter of growth and economic development.
