Cindy Kurtz has lived in Loveland since 1970. She grew up here, graduated from high school here and chose to raise her family in this awesome community.  She is passionate about her hometown and Northern Colorado in general.

Cindy has been a licensed Realtor since 1990. She started her career in Colorado Springs and has been selling in Loveland with The Group, Inc. since 1995. In 2008 Cindy was honored with the Realtor of the Year award through the Loveland Berthoud Association of Realtors.  In December of 2005, Cindy earned her CRS designation. Realtors who receive the CRS designation have completed advanced courses and have demonstrated expertise in the field of residential real estate. Less than 4% of Realtors nationwide have earned the credential. She enjoys every facet of her job, but especially loves getting her customers where they want to be on time!

Cindy’s pride and joy is her family.  She has been married to her husband Bill since 1985.  You guessed it, they met in Loveland.  She has two grown children, Amy and Matt.  Amy and her husband has blessed them with 3 beautiful grandchildren and Matt is engaged to be married Oct. of 2016. Matt is also a Realtor at The Group, Inc.

Cindy and her family love to travel, play cards and games in general and spend time at Red Feather Lakes where they purchased a mountain retreat a year ago.  Red Feather Lakes is like a little slice of heaven just over an hour away.

Outside of real estate Cindy spends time as a Philomatheon member (Philo).  This is a women’s service organization and she is also active in her church community.  Cindy loves to play golf and gets out on the course as often as her schedule allows.

    1998-1999    President of the Home Builders Association Sales and Marketing Council-won the national award for most productive Sales and Marketing Council in the small to mid-size membership range.
