Born and raised in the Denver area, Greg went to Cherry Creek High School and was an International Affairs/Japanese Major from the University of Colorado, Boulder.  Greg also received a Degree from the California Culinary Academy (Culinary Arts/ Hospitality Management).  His past experiences in the restaurant/ hospitality industry (as owner/operator and general manager in some of Denver’s finest establishments) helped him develop the ability to control stressful situations with ease.

Greg is also the organizer for the Denver Pug Club, and involved in charitable organizations including Habitat for Humanity and Share Our Strength.
