A Denver native and a graduate of South Denver High School and the University of Northern Colorado with a B.A. in Accounting. While at UNC John was a member of the Varsity Track Team. After a five-year stint in the Accounting field, John began his real estate career in 1972 and has consistently been amongst the top Residential Brokers in the Metro Denver area. In 1988 John merged his real estate company, The Ansbury Company, with The Kentwood Company, and assumed the role as Broker/Managing Partner for 25 years until the sale of the company to Berkshire Hathaway. After the sale John returned to his passion of residential brokerage, while still enjoying being a personal broker to his many past clients. Over the years John has developed a National reputation in the Corporate Relocation industry and has attended countless conferences expanding and sharing his expertise. John has always maintained a keen interest in new luxury homes and community development and has learned that industry from the ground up.  He is frequently called on by Custom builders to consult and evaluate their projects. A 38-year resident of Cherry Hills Village and resident of Glenmoor Contry Club, John and Sue enjoy living on the 15th tee box and enjoy participating in golf and social activites. John and Sue have two grown children and enjoy their four grandkids. We’ve loved watching them grow and attending their games and events. Charlie Fitzpatrick, age 20, a sophmore at the University of Alabama, really enjoying the south and college fraternity life. Misses Vail skiing. George Fitzpatrick, age 17, and All-State lineman at Cherry Creek High where he is a Junior. One of the top-rated football recruits in the nation, George was named as a 2022 High School All American, playing in the All American Bowl East/West Game from San Antonio, Texas in 2022. After recieving 38 division one football scholarship offers, George has accepted an offer from Ohio State University and will early enroll in January 2022. Kaitlen Larkin, age 16, a sophomore at Cherry Creek High, plays on the Girls’ golf team. She fills her summers with playing gold and caddying at Cherry Hills Country Club. An excellent skier loves Steamboat Springs. Conner Larkin, age 15, freshman at Cherry Creek HIgh School. An excellent athlete plays competitive level baseball year-around. Enjoys Steamboat ski slopes. In his free time, John loves getting outdoors to enjoy activities like running, skiing, golf, and water sports at their Cape Cod Summer Home.
