Richard brings her vast business experience to the Northern Colorado commercial real estate market
With many years of commercial and business experience under her belt, Julie Richards is embarking on a new venture with RE/MAX Commercial Alliance. As a Business and Commercial Broker, Richards is selling and leasing commercial properties in Northern Colorado. She will also conduct business brokerages.

Real estate runs deep for Julie. She has held an active real estate license for over 18 years and personally owns many investment real estate properties. She is affiliated with the Northern Colorado Association of Realtors, International Business Brokers Association, and the Colorado Association of Business Intermediaries

Richards joins RE/MAX Commercial Alliance with a rich and diversified history in the business world. She has created, bought and sold many businesses, starting in 1984. Her businesses have ranged from high tech to service trades, to her last business Roosters Men’s Grooming Center many of which are still employing people and bringing profits to their owners today.

By joining RE/MAX Commercial, Julie seeks to continue to help business owners through leasing or buying commercial properties. She can also help business owners create an exit plan and sell their business, when the time is right.

Distinctively qualified for commercial real estate, Richards brings a unique perspective to the process. “As a business owner myself, I know the challenges associated with finding and negotiating the right place to set up shop, you can be just a few feet from gold” commented Richards. “My goal is to help more businesses become successful. The more business opportunities, the better the local economy. And we all win from that.”
