Having lived and worked in the south Denver area and vibrant Denver Tech Center for almost 30 years, Kathy makes it a priority to stay on top of the most current and local market trends affecting buyers and sellers. Her clients appreciate her insightful counsel, and creative preparation in advance of successful listing or purchase campaigns, and her hands-on service continues with effective negotiation skills all the way through closing.

Kathy has been an active member of the Denver Metro Association of Realtors, the South Metro Board of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.  Both of her boys were born and raised here, and graduated from Cherry Creek HS. She earned her BS degree from Colorado State University, Cum Laude, in Exercise Science, and Captained the CSU Women’s Volleyball Team. As a coach at CSU, she assisted in coaching CSU to several NCAA post tournament appearances. She was a founding member of the Jr Olympic Div of USA Volleyball, earned the Meritorious Service Award for USA Volleyball, and the Gary Colberg Nike Volleyball Festival Award for Administrative Excellence and Leadership. She enjoys reading, gardening, concerts and spending time with her friends and family.
