Originally from Illinois, Raechel moved to Northern Colorado in 1980 and grew up in Windsor. After graduating from college, Raechel married her high school sweetheart, Clay, and they moved back to Windsor to raise their first child knowing that this small community valued family and had opportunities for growth. Raechel and her family moved into Water Valley in 2000 just as the neighborhood was being built. Raechel started her career in Real Estate in 1995 and has extensive experience in assisting first time homebuyers, new construction, luxury homes and estate development. Her extensive knowledge of our local Northern Colorado communities and 26 years of business networking benefit her clients to find a home that fits their every need and access to off market inventory through agent relationships.
