We truly enjoy working with folks in their effort to purchase or sell homes and, in general, prefer to work in an agency relationship. We have worked for individuals as well as builder/developers and believe that our experience, service, and dedication place us well above the average real estate services company in the area. We understand the stress involved in buying or selling your home and will do everything we can to reduce the stress as much as possible. Our commitment to our clients is evidenced by the large number of repeat and referrals we receive and in fact some of our clients we have served number three family generations. Originally from or near the town of Creston Iowa, we have lived, worked, and raised our daughter, Tricia, in the Greeley area since 1972 after a four year commitment in the United States Air Force during which time Rhonda and Dwight were married. Rhonda thought she was going to travel to exotic places as an Air Force dependent but we ended up spending three years in Topeka, Kansas, well I thought Kansas was exotic. Our daughter, Tricia, was born in 1983, and is a recent graduate from Colorado State University with a B.S. degree in Animal Science.
Our interests include but are not limited to flying and our Beechcraft Musketeer, snow skiing, truck camping, hunting, real estate, camping, one horse (Short Sail), and our Missouri timber/pasture farm. We also are very interested in antiques/collectibles which include IHC tractors and equipment, office equipment, Currier and Ives by Royal dishes, 1904 Violet pattern Wallace silverware, kitchen collectibles, American Flyer Trains, metal and woodworking tools, classic autos/trucks, Arts & Crafts/Victorian home furnishings, and in general collect most thing of the 1930’s.
Much of our collecting hobbies are put to use in working on our small acreage Southwest of Greeley where our motif is of a first half 20th-century farm. This includes, in addition to our home, a gambrel roof barn, horse barn, granary, three 1930’s IHC tractors, and associated equipment for haymaking.
