We have lived in a couple of other states, but moved to Colorado about 17 years ago and along with native Coloradans, feel that it is a great place to live!  We have owned rental properties and a number of our own homes, so we have experienced for ourselves the thrill of owning our own properties.  We are so glad to be able to help others in this field, and are happy to share what we know, and get the answers you need.
