My professional experience has revolved around direct customer service.  As a former restaurant owner for over 12 years in Fort Collins, I understand the importance of hospitality, and that quality service drives successful business. I love helping my clients understand the process of the transaction.  I work to minimize any challenges and confusing aspects of the deal while protecting their best interests.

I proudly serve Northern Colorado residents, out of town investors and those relocating to make this great area their new home!  I have the distinct honor of preserving my father-in-law, Bill Neal’s legacy, as he developed many neighborhood projects in the area and fiercely promoted Colorado, especially the Northern Colorado region.
