Both Trudy and Rhonda have owned resort properties in Estes Park Colorado and understand the challenges involved in owning and running a mountain property. They also understand the potential difficulties of selling these unique types of property.

Trudy was an owner broker for 20 years and grew her company into one of the most successful real estate firms in the area. She and her husband Mark moved to Estes Park in 1999 and bought a small resort where they learned the lodging business. The couple has always been involved in ministry and have a heart for Christ.

Rhonda brings her years of marketing and sales experience to the team and can find new and effective ways to market their client’s properties as well as help form a plan to make the property bring in the highest possible market price. She understands the resort communities from her lifetime of experience doing sales and marketing in the resort communities and truly understands the unique opportunities and challenges involved in finding the perfect buyer.
