I am a Colorado native and started my career as a paralegal doing real estate title research for a data company in 1995. I decided I didn’t want to work in a traditional paralegal role and earned my brokers license in 1997. I have worked as a sales person and trainer for builders as well as in existing homes as both a broker owner and as an associate through other brokerages. While I have been a top producer, I have never had interest in being a “Top 1%” broker as I believe the quality of my client relationships is more important than the quantity of transactions closed. I am among the 5% of brokers that are Certified Residential Specialists (CRS). As a Colorado native, I feel I have a unique advantage in that I am familiar with neighborhoods from Parker to Boulder and everywhere in between. Further, working in both new home and resale properties, I understand and can advise on the pros and cons of both. My training and education coupled with experience in the industry has resulted in long-term client relationships and some of the highest satisfaction ratings in the industry. Personally, I enjoy world travel, cooking and writing. I have a wonderful husband of over 25 years and two great kids. Our fur babies include a Covid-19 german shepherd adoption (Freya) and our 2 cats (Willow and “Peanut”).
