Bill came to the real estate business when David Hakimi asked him to help lead the Hakimi Team. As the team grew, David knew from working with him previously that Bill could bring the right integrity and client-focused approach that would build the best team in Denver. Bill has a background of three decades in sales, with the last 18 years focused on Sales Training and Leadership Development.  His Customer Focused Solution Selling methodology has helped businesses to give their customers the best possible experience, with everything from TV’s to bicycles to homes!

Bill brings the same passion to his work with his own clients, as a high-production agent himself.  Specializing in the northern Denver Suburbs, he also works with buyers and sellers in the super hot neighborhoods closer to downtown as well.  He works a lot with first-time homebuyers, and loves to take the time to fully educate these clients on the process.   He also has expertise with relocation clients, thanks to his extensive first-hand experience with that process, and comprehensive knowledge of the metro Denver area.

Being a part of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Innovative Real Estate family is a tremendous honor, and their integrity and commitment to their clients is a great fit for Bill and the Hakimi team of agents. By the end of 2017, the Hakimi team had moved to the top spot at BHHS / IRE, in just their first year with the brokerage!

Bill grew up in New Hampshire, and then lived in Ohio for many years after attending The Ohio State University, where he double majored in English and Economics.  He is currently working on a degree in Organizational Development through the online program at Western Governor’s University.  He and his wife have lived in Ohio, Florida, Virginia, California, and Vermont, but say that Colorado is their forever home – the best place in America!

When he’s not working with real estate clients or guiding the Hakimi Team, he is likely to be found mountain bike riding, dirt bike riding, skiing, camping, and just spending quality outdoor  time with his wife Lisa and 10 year old boy Finn.
