David is a Colorado native who has dedicated his 23+ year career in real estate to helping others achieve their goals, specifically the goal of home ownership.

As a two-time recipient of the LBAR  Realtor of the Year Award (Loveland/Berthoud Association of REALTORS®) , David knows how to find the perfect home that works for his clients’  lifestyle. He has worked with hundreds of families over the years from first time home buyers to custom luxury home builds to seasoned investors.

David is passionate about leadership and serving his community. He has been a managing broker for 11 years, an active member of LBAR – Loveland/Berthoud Association of REALTORS ® (serving as President for two terms) he is currently a CAR Director (Colorado Association of REALTORS®),  IRES Board Member, participates in the local Government Affairs Committee and has coordinated the LBAR Golf Tournament for the last 14 years.

As a manager he knows what it takes to be a success and is passionate about working with and coaching driven professionals to help them reach their true potential and exceed their real estate goals.
