Kevin is a Colorado native- born and raised in Colorado Springs, CO. Kevin attended Colorado State University and studied business and psychology. He graduated in 1995.

Kevin went on to work at Ultimate Support Systems and became their top Accounts Manager- traveling to both coasts multiple times per year to negotiate deals with the huge music chains, Sam Ash and Guitar Center.

After leaving Ultimate, Kevin joined RE/MAX Advanced and was a finalist for Rookie of the Year in 2000. Kevin’s wife, Barb, joined him at RE/MAX and they started a property management business while they worked as full time brokers.

Kevin and Barb worked to build KEVCO Real Estate Investments & Property Management to one of the largest property management companies in Northern Colorado. They sold KEVCO in late 2009 to the current owners.

Kevin and Barb then opened ‘The Mayor of Old Town’ in 2011 and it has gone on to be nationally recognized multiple times as one the premier craft beer bars in the country.

Kevin continues to work in real estate and is a strong proponent of owning investment real estate. Kevin’s goal for 2016 is to assist The Group, Inc. in developing it’s ‘Wake Up Money’ program and potentially becoming a trainer.

Kevin and Barb have a cat named Pinky and a dog named Mabel.
