Kim brings over 30 years of sales and marketing experience to Kentwood, which enables her to provide creative ways of marketing properties as well as valuable techniques to negotiate and handle all aspects of your real estate transactions. She demonstrates a thorough understanding of the local market, and is known for her professionalism, integrity, and strong work ethic.  She has earned a reputation for providing exceptional client service through outstanding communication skills and attention to detail. She is proud that most of her business has come from referrals and repeat business. Kim goes the extra mile to ensure that she has met and exceeded each client’s individual needs and expectations.

Kim became a licensed Realtor in 2004 and has helped clients with over $100 million in successfully closed transactions. Prior to joining Kentwood Real Estate, she was hired by East West Partners and The Nichols Partnership to launch and market their luxury projects in downtown Denver.  She made the decision to join Kentwood Real Estate, Denver’s premier full-service real estate firm, to expand her passion for assisting buyers and sellers with their real estate needs throughout the Denver metro area.

Originally from Chicago, she earned her B.S. in marketing from Indiana University with a concentration in French from the University of Strasbourg and during her prior professional positions in the pharmaceutical industry, was fortunate to have lived in many exciting cities including Miami, Boston, Paris, France, and Bologna, Italy. She settled in Denver in 1999 and is proud to call the mile-hi city her home.  Kim is a resident of Observatory Park and has owned several investment properties in Washington Park, Cherry Creek North and LoDo.  She has a passion for the charming homes and neighborhoods surrounding downtown as much as appreciates the maintenance-free living that a chic downtown loft or condo provides.

Kim believes in giving back to the community through her support of numerous charitable organizations, a few of which include The Smile Train, Max Fund, Guiding Eyes for the Blind, Forgotten Felines Rescue and The Denver Rescue Mission. In her free time she loves to hike and snowshoe. Travel is her other passion and she is always researching new and exotic places to explore.

Kim has been profiled in the Denver Post business section and in Smart Money magazine for her experience in buying investment property within an IRA retirement account.
