Michel discovered her passion for real estate when her own agent asked if she had ever considered the profession. Twenty years later, she is a natural-born entrepreneur. After working for RE/MAX for many years, she started her own real estate company, and came to appreciate the resources and tools a full-service brokerage can offer. “Kentwood empowers me to go out and do what I do best and not worry about the minutia of running a business.”

Michel’s specialty is the City and County of Denver. The joke at the office is that ‘if you ever need to know anything about Denver, just ask Michel.’ “I’ve seen this city’s transformation, so I know it like the back of my hand, including schools, zoning and neighborhood trends.” Not to mention some top-secret short cuts and hole in the wall restaurants enjoyed only by true Denverites…and Michel’s clients.

After a quarter century as a broker, Michel has earned a sterling reputation for doing the hard work to help families achieve their dreams. She is innovative at bringing buyers and sellers together. With the kind of relationships and network only a native of Denver can have, she ranks as one of the top agents at Kentwood and this market.

Michel likes to reassure clients that they have a true advocate by their sides. “I nurture clients for a lifetime and take care of them.” She has served on the Denver Metro Association of REALTORS®, and on many committees. Michel stays abreast of the newest issues impacting buyers and sellers, and is a proud mentor to young agents.

Michel volunteers with the Front Range Cycling Club who does outreach at the Sun Valley Youth Center, teaching low-income kids how to navigate the city on bikes. She also participates in her son’s Boy Scout Troop, #199. She loves putting together events and going on outings.  Michel attended Wash Park Elementary, Hamilton Middle School and East High School, and graduated from Metropolitan State College with an accounting degree. She lives in Central Denver and loves skiing, biking, camping, reading and keeping active. What advice does she give her teenage son, Will? “Find work that makes your heart sing. The money will come, and your life will feel worthwhile. Stay connected to friends and family, take care of your skin and your body. And call your mom!”
