Nancy is a Colorado Native! She was raised in the suburbs of Denver, lived 15 years in the San Luis Valley, and now calls Colorado Springs home. You guessed it, Nancy is a big, lifelong Broncos fan! Watching the Broncos with her dad as a child, you can bet she’s still sporting her orange and blue on game day.

She rarely turns down a chance to be outside; whether it’s playing around in her yard, soaking up the sun while reading a good book, or just enjoying great company by a nice campfire. If it’s nice outside, that’s where you will find her.

Having personally purchased/sold several homes and taken advantage of many refinance opportunities over the years, Nancy recognizes the importance of having the right people on your team when making, what can be for most, one of the biggest transactions of your life; real estate. Nancy and her husband of 36 years are successful landlords of a local investment property providing affordable housing for military families for the past 11 years and continue to keep their eyes and ears open for that next prospect investment. She and her husband feel privileged to be surrounded by those that have served, are an advocate for supporting small businesses, and believe in giving back to their community.
