After serving in the United States Marine Corps, Ryan returned to Colorado where he was born and raised. He is currently raising a family of his own. His 2 boys, and step daughter, keep him on the go.

Ryan has 20 years of experience within the construction industry, his knowledge of real estate and skill as a home construction expert provide a new perspective on truly seeing a home with experienced eyes. He started his construction career focusing on semi-custom and high-end custom home building, even creating one of the homes in the 2007 Parade of Homes.  Also, in 2007 Ryan obtained his General Contractors license.
