Steven has been entrenched in real estate all of his life.  Growing up as the son of a custom home builder, he witnessed in his father hard-work exemplified.  Due to that background, Steven truly understands the evolution of a home, all the way from acquiring the land to the passing of the home to its new owners. He has used those skills to help new home buyers evaluate and purchase brand new homes from builders. Most recently, the sold the new homes at Solterra for Infinity Home Collection.
