Over the years The Waller Team has helped numerous people achieve their dreams and goals…and there’s no greater reward.  They help people realize their dreams of homeownership, create real estate portfolios and ensure the real estate transaction goes smoothly from beginning to end.  They are always honored to help and thankful for those who trust them.  Additionally, they are grateful for the relationships that blossom and will last a lifetime.  They truly love what they do.  Emily discovered a passion for Real Estate when she was very young and actually began pursuing the dream in 2011.  After graduating from University of Colorado in Boulder she managed a couple restaurants and learned a great deal about business and quality service in the process.  Seeking a new challenge in life she left that path to pursue one in Real Estate where she would help people in a different way.  Heath’s Real Estate career began in 2003 while he was working for a builder in new construction sales. It was really a great learning experience because he was able to learn the building process from the ground up as well as walk clients through the construction of their home from dirt to completion. He loved seeing the joy on their faces as their home progressed through the different building phases and then finally when he was able to hand over the keys. In 2011 after a short hiatus and moving states he came back to Colorado and started working at The Group Inc. He looked at a lot of different Real Estate companies and couldn’t be happier with his decision to be at The Group Inc. Being able to buy into the company and surround himself with other Partners is something that has been a true blessing. Being on the resale side of the business they get to work with all types of buyers and sellers in all price ranges from 200k – 1M+.  Heath and Emily have investment properties and also have flipped houses which has been a great experience that has taught them many lessons. They both love the relationships that are forged in their business while helping clients with their real estate needs.
