My family homesteaded in Northern Colorado in 1870. I was raised on a farm in what is now SE Fort Collins which included cattle and sheep feeding. A graduate from Colorado State University with a B.S. in Ag. Economics I enjoy horses with my family, who still compete at rodeos and barrel races. My personal and real estate background has allowed me to be well aquainted with residential, residential ac’s, vacant land & income 2-4 plex units.
