Smart Move Real Estate is a woman-owned independent business based in Lyons, CO, and was founded by Patricia McGrane.  Patricia holds the coveted designation of Realtor® & RSPS, the Nationally recognized Resort and Second Home Property Specialist. She is also the owner of Rocky Mountain Lavender, Colorado-a small local business dedicated to sustainability and beautifully crafted products. She relocated to Colorado from Pittsburgh, PA six years ago for the mountains and for triathlon training.  She is an Ironman, wife, mother, and former health care provider.
