I approach Real Estate as a full time profession:
Not only do I work as a broker representing buyers, sellers and developers. I am also one of the founders and managers of Kentwood City Properties a leading residential brokerage with cutting edge technology.  I have extensive knowledge selling all types of properties: single family homes, town homes, condos, lofts, land and mixed use properties. I sell all over the Denver area and I refer clients to other regions through Kentwood’s relocation network.

Personal facts:
I have lived in Central Denver for over 30 years. I enjoy running with my dogs, seeing great films, soaking up art and music, traveling and of course architecture and real estate! I am involved in many civic ventures: I have served on the Lower Downtown Design Review Board, I served as a  chairperson for the Denver Housing Council Marketing Committee, I currently serve on the Denver Civic Ventures Board and I am a member of the Downtown Denver Partnership, Lower Downtown District Inc, the Botanical Gardens, and Museum of Contemporary Art. I am passionate about giving my time and energy back to this great city!!! I have also been nominated for Outstanding Business Woman of the Year by the Denver Business Journal.

I am able to provide full service to all of my clients with the invaluable help of my full time licensed assistant Becky Sable. Becky and I have worked together for over 15 years. She is the behind the scenes detail person that enables me to personally work with clients, negotiate transactions and develop relationships and business. Every successful broker needs a right hand administrative assistant and Becky is the best in the business!
